The sections before this one describe patterns we build often. But the most valuable projects usually start differently: with a piece of work that exists only at your company. The chore everyone does on autopilot. The spreadsheet the whole department secretly depends on. The report that eats every Friday afternoon. Or the idea that comes up in every strategy session and never gets built.
How we approach it
- Start from the problem: no product to fit you into. We listen first, and map what the work actually involves.
- Prove it small: a focused proof of concept shows whether the idea holds, before any big commitment.
- Honest advice: if the right answer is a tool you can buy, or not building it at all, we say so. We'd rather keep your trust than your budget.
The examples in the animation above are composites, but they are the shape of real requests we get: repetitive work that deserves automating, fragile spreadsheets that deserve to be real software, and ambitious ideas that deserve a proper attempt.
